Refunds Policy

Refund Policy

Render credits are digital goods. This policy sets out when a refund applies and where it does not.

Unused credits

Render credits that have not been spent on a generated board may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued in US Dollars (USD) to the original payment method once a payment provider is connected.

Generated boards

Because a generated board is produced to your chosen parameters and delivered as a file, a spent credit is generally non-refundable once the board has been rendered and delivered.

If something is wrong with a file

  • If a delivered file is corrupted or does not match the parameters you selected, tell us within 14 days and we will re-render or refund the affected credit.
  • We may ask for the board code and a short description so we can reproduce the issue.

What refunds do not cover

Refunds apply to render credits only. This studio does not sell managed IT, cabling, installation, security or on-site services, so there are no service fees to refund.

While a payment provider is pending, no payment is collected, so there is nothing to refund until checkout is enabled.
